At long last, we're updating the blog. It's been a pretty busy month and a half, with the holidays and some other trips to the upstate - we're just now getting back into the swing of things. Ashley is doing the accounting busy season thing, and I'm starting to hit the books again. Dental School items of note: This semester I'm starting to use the drill on some model teeth (you know, the drill that makes the really high pitched "whhheeeee" sound. It's awesome. We are learning how to do crown preps. Also, we have an introductory class on dental implants. It's also a very interesting topic. Unfortunatley, the majority of the class load is still basic science related, so we spend a lot of time sitting in lectures and taking tests.......fun!
Our cat, Libby, says hello. She's just down here hanging out, getting fat.
In other news, Ashley turned 30 (as most of you already know). Amazingly, she still looks 21. Here is a picture from her birthday party.
Sorry we have been out of touch. We hope to update the blog more often....but we'll see how it goes. In the meantime, hope you are all doing well, and we'll see you soon. Later.
John and Ashley
