Easter

Easter Sunday couldn't have been more beautiful anywhere than it was in Charleston. We went to the early service at First Scots Pres & then headed to the Old Village in Mount Pleasant to eat lunch with some very good friends. They had an awesome lunch & an Easter egg hunt for the little ones. Whit LOVED lunch (he ate more off my plate than I did!), and he also liked the egg hunt. The eggs were filled with either coins or candy, & he loved shaking them! After we got back home, Whit got to see what the Easter Bunny brought (the morning was just too hectic with early church!). He still didn't get it, but he liked taking everything out of the basket.

It's always hard being away on a holiday. So we give a big, huge thank you to the Wienkes & Smiths for making us feel so welcome on Easter!
