Moptops & other subjects

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. We got a new computer & needed to install the camera software on it so we could upload a few pictures with this post.

It's been a big week. My last day of work at Liberty was Wednesday, we closed on the Johns Island townhouse on Friday, and got a contract on our Greenville house. We've started packing in earnest now & the fact that we're moving in a week finally feels like reality. All the walls are bare & there are boxes everywhere.

Here are some pics from the previous weekend. We were lucky enough to spend some time with family & friends. In just one week we won't be able to just ride down the road 30 min or an hour to see our families. We celebrated John's granfather's birthday in Iva, had low country boil with the Maddens & spent a night at Caesar's Head with the Taylors & Cokers.

John's Grandfather on his birthday with our newest nephew, Eric.

Here are my cousins Paul & Ringo. We had some awesome low country boil on Cathy's party deck. I guess I am officially old, since I absolutely had no idea that moptops were once again cool.

Here we are at Caesar's Head. Thanks to Hope & Curtis for a fun relaxing night!
